Shipping Information

Every UtiliPrint planter is produced to order in our studio using carefully selected materials and the colour finish you choose. Rather than holding mass-produced stock, each piece is created individually for your order.

Production Lead Times

Please allow up to 10 working days for production, particularly during busy periods. Many orders are completed sooner, but we prefer to allow adequate time to ensure every planter meets our quality standards before dispatch.

UK Delivery

UK orders are shipped using tracked delivery services via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on parcel size and destination.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Smaller international orders are typically sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, while larger shipments may be sent via courier services for improved speed and reliability.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.

Customs & Import Charges

For international orders outside the UK, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply once your parcel reaches its destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. US tariff costs are already incorporated into our shipping rates where applicable.

Dispatch Confirmation

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.
